By placing one or more hyperlinks on their websites, affiliates can showcase the extensive array of products available at MyTopMall. For every successful sale resulting from a customer's click on these hyperlinks, affiliates stand to earn a handsome commission.
Terms and Conditions Governing Our Affiliate Program:
1. Direct and Indirect Commission Structure
Objective: Members can leverage their influence to boost MyTopMall's profitability by enticing their followers to make product purchases.
Commission Allocation Guidelines:
- When Member A recommends a product to Member B, and Member B makes a purchase, Member A is entitled to a direct commission for their recommendation.
- If Member B further recommends the same product to Member C, and Member C makes a purchase, Member B receives a direct commission while Member A receives an indirect commission.
- Should Member C extend the chain by recommending the product to Member D, resulting in a purchase, Member C is eligible for a direct commission, Member B for an indirect commission, while Member A is not eligible for any commission. The compensation structure extends only to the second tier of profits.
For instance, consider the scenario where Affiliate A registers independently, shares a product link, leading to sales for Member B. In this case, Affiliate A earns a 5% commission on Member B's sales. When Member B, in turn, shares the link with Member C, Affiliate A qualifies for a 10% commission on Member C's sales. However, please note that the commission structure is limited to secondary profits and does not extend beyond this level.
2. Commission Structure for Promotions
Default Level: Direct Commission at 5%, Indirect Commission at 10%
Silver Tier: Direct Commission at 7%, Indirect Commission at 12%
Gold Tier: Direct Commission at 9%, Indirect Commission at 14%
Diamond Grade: Direct Commission at 11%, Indirect Commission at 16%
3. Set the Qualifications for Distributor Promotion, such as:
a. Upon reaching 20 direct subordinate distributors and achieving $3,000 in sales, automatic promotion to Silver Distributor status occurs.
b. Upon achieving 50 direct subordinate distributors and generating $6,000 in sales, automatic promotion to Gold Distributor status takes place.
c. Upon reaching 80 direct subordinate distributors and achieving $9,000 in sales, automatic promotion to Diamond Distributor status is granted.
4. Commission payment method:The MyTopmall platform facilitates commission payments in the following manner: Direct payment to the affiliate's designated PayPal account, with rebate commissions being automatically credited to the member's account balance upon order shipment. Withdrawal requests are processed following customer receipt confirmation, and funds are remitted from the MyTopMall platform's designated account to the member's PayPal account.
5. Any disputes pertaining to this website shall be subject to interpretation by Mytopmall.
